Match Reports
U10 - Martin
Victory number 3 for the season
"Massive congrats, Cyclones! You smashed it out of the park on the field! Your hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship are what make a true champion. Keep it up and enjoy the win!"
Highlights
Karlie S - Bowling - 4 overs, 3/12
U10 - McDonald
U10 McDonald played Toombul at Hercules Road, interesting start with some bin-chickens fighting and local hooning interrupting our minute silence, player of the match went to Xavier who is improving every week, and a special mention to Gemma with her stand out bowling, clean bowling multiple boys who thought they could take her on. It was Ella and Luka’s turn to wicket keep, both of them not their favourite position, but both gave it their best effort with Ella so close to taking a keepers catch, getting her gloves to a high one. Good work guys.
U11 - Devine
Under 11 Devine had to invoke the 30/30 rule today just before play started. Thank you to everyone who attended always needs to be safety first.
U11 - Holder
I snapped a pic that mostly sums up our under 11s Hartley/Holders adventure to Grammar.
We spent a bit of time under that shelter before ultimately calling the game. We batted first and were 5/113 with a few epic hits! The first round of rain didn't hold our boys back either, with the boys continuing to play well despite the rain making the pitch a bit slippery.
We borrowed a couple of players from the under 12s to help us out which was greatly appreciated.
all in all a great day and would only have been better if we got to finish the game.
Highlights
Archer D - Batting - 48 off 25 balls, 6 fours

U12 - Stevenson
U12 Stevenson suffered our second loss today in a well-fought contest against the ladder leaders.
The boys were bowled out for 88 runs in the 26th over after some very accurate pace bowling by the visitors, who then went on to score 5/122 in their 30 overs.
Player of the match went to Henry B with his first runs of the season, retiring in his first stint and then some really tight bowling (0/4 off 3 overs) with a dropped catch costing him a deserved wicket.
Special mention went to Sunny N taking an absolute corker of a catch running backwards and taking it over his head while diving back.
Top batters:
Max M - 22 runs with 3 boundaries
Abdul M A - 18 runs with 2 boundaries
Top bowlers:
Benjamin H - 2 wickets for 6 runs off 4 overs
