Cyclones 60 Not Out! - Final Information

The end of the season is upon us and we are excited for tomorrow afternoon/evening. It has been an awesome few months but sadly, all good things come to an end. Please find below important information for you:

Times:

3:30pm = Gates open.

Shortly after 3:30pm = Blasters awards in the Blasters area (see map below). 

3:45pm = Teams participation award presentation within their own gazebo area.

4pm =  Main Club Awards.

5:30pm = End awards and move to the main party area on the main pitch.

6pm = food is served

6:45-7pm = Main speeches and cake

7-10pm = live music and party!

House-keeping Info:

- Parking = the car park is reserved for life members and VIP's. People are encouraged to park on Georgina St and walk across the field to the event.

- Registration = Please head to the registration desk if you have booked a ticket for the 60th with a meal to receive your wristband. Registration opens from 3:30pm. Please be mindful of when you do this to avoid it during the awards ceremony.

- Slip'N'Slide = this will be running from 5:30pm. Please prepare by bringing spare clothes as required. Note only external toilets and away toilets can be used for WET clothes access/changing.

- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT TO THE EVENT.

- Own food is allowed if you haven't booked a meal with your ticket.

- Bar in the club house will be open.

- Can bar set up near the main pitch. Tickets for cans purchased in the main bar. THERE WILL BE NO TILL AT THE CAN BAR.
